  • a pension company double the conversion of new personal pension applications

  • a financial services company to pivot the offering of a new tech product

  • a software comparison site to improve several key metrics

These are all things I had a direct influence in. They weren’t just things that happened while I was around.

I’ve also advised companies on the restructure of their UX teams, mentored UX researchers and set up the key components of their UX research practices.
