I aim to fill what’s missing in your organisation’s UX research. I don’t do design. Timing-wise, I make myself available for my clients in the way that suits them best.

We’ll agree a way of working that works best for you and just change it if it’s not working.

Carrying out UX research

I carry out UX research for teams who need to understand more about their users or test their designs. This can be on ad-hoc research projects or as a continuous presence within the team for a few days each week.​

UX reviews

I review designs for teams and provide advice on possible UX weaknesses and how they could be improved.

Advising UX and Product teams

I help companies improve their UX approaches by assessing their existing work and providing advice and support on how to improve things.

Initially, I'd spend a few days each week working alongside your teams, before delivering recommendations for improvements.

On the job support

I help UX professionals to develop by working with them, sharing my knowledge and helping them improve. This is particularly useful for small or one person UX teams. My clients for this service range from Senior UX researchers in large organisations through to Heads of Product in growing companies.

This usually takes the form of short, regular sessions where we simply work together on whatever they most want my input on.
